of purchase. Please state your
reason why the course did not work
for you. You may also call us at

MOREAR® Listening Assessment
There are no refunds if you are dissatified with the Listening Assessment
in any way.
We appreciate that these courses are an important investment
for you and/or your organization and we would like to accommodate
your needs as best we can. If our courses don't work for you, here
are several options that may be more satisfactory:
- You may transfer to a future session.
- You may send someone to take your place.
- You may cancel without penalty at any time up
to three weeks* prior to your seminar.

time period and we will either adjust
your registration or refund your fee
(less 5% for credit card processing if
applicable).
* Please Note: Program fees are non-refundable if
you fail to to cancel at least three weeks (21 days) in advance or
